About
Dianne Glover, MPH
Like you, I have been there. I suffered from a crippling fear of public speaking. And I spent nearly fifteen years on a journey to overcome that fear. As a former actress and wellness coach, I devoured every book about public speaking, joined Toastmasters International and tried every technique under the sun including hypnosis (twice), cognitive therapy, HeartMath, medication, prayer, meditation, tapping, and various other techniques to help me speak without fear. Finally, I got it. It was not about picturing the audience naked or taking a couple of deep breaths; it was about making a deep internal shift from fear to confidence. It was a journey towards finding my authentic voice and learning to breath out.
I am now coaching others how to do the same. Utilizing the skills that I learned as an actress and acting teacher coupled with my training as a Professional Health and Wellness Coach, I enjoy coaching others to release the fear and communicate with calm, confidence, and control.
I live in San Antonio, Texas with my husband, daughter and puppy, Blaze. I’m a member of the San Antonio Mayor’s Fitness Council and a volunteer for the American Heart Association and the Polycystic Kidney Foundation. I graduated from University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Acting and received her masters degree from the University of California Los Angeles in Public Health.
It is my passion to share the lessons that I’ve learned with others and help them on the journey to public speaking success. Just one question: Are you ready?
“Life offers you a thousand chance…all you have to do it take one.”
